Aproximately 1 billion people across the world have little or no access to reliable electricity or environmentally safe waste treatment facilities. In conjunction with an appropriate waste conversion technology module (e.g. gasifier/pyrolysis/anaerobic digestor), Enersel generates power (together with heat/chilling and, where practicable, clean water) using biomass feedstocks – such as coconut shell, palm oil EfB, energy crops, rice husk, etc. – and plastics, tyres, waste oils, and other carbon-based waste streams.
